“A couple of the towels I ordered ended up with string-pulls upon their first wash. I contacted Sand Cloud and they immediately offered me options to replace or refund the items. Unlike so many online companies these days, Sand Cloud was easy to reach and very responsive… excellent customer service!”

“UPDATE. Customer service followed up on my review. They offered a refund or credit because I was not happy with this item. I never thought my review would even be read by the company.
