“Revised review: Although it took me reversng the charge on my credit card to get customer service to finally reach out to me, once they did, they worked very hard to make it right. I finally received my order and it is very nice. Works perfect for travel, it well constructed, holds a decemt amount and is really cute.”
“So a bit late, but wanted to revise the review for a couple of reasons.
1. Customer service was very responsive. I was offered a 30$ gift card for the inconvenience of the towels. Havent used it yet, but it was a thoughtful gesture.
2. After maybe 15 plus washes, the towels no longer leave a layer of black lint on my body post shower. I would say it is more absorbent than my generic towels, which get soaked within 2 -3 washes. I se the towel all week, and it still feels pretty absorbent. The color has faded, but thats how it goes with black colored fabrics I think.
Anyway, revistiing this site. Take a chance, just be prepared. I will be using the gift card today to see if another design/ color will be less problematic. haha.

“The material itself is great. The sewing leaves a lot to be desired. Straight from the package, the stitching all along the bottom hem is poorly done with lots of loose stitches and unraveling/hanging strings. If I would have paid full price, it would have been returned immediately. The quality of this product did not match the price being charged.
**update** Sandcloud customer service reached out to me to rectify the issue. I chose not to return the item because I only planned to wear it after showers. I will purchase from Sandcloud again as I love a thin towel and the customer service was great. Also, the cover-up is very comfortable and cute!”
