When they arrived they did not have the same feel, even after a wash to try and soften them up. “I thought this was super cute on the model, but it looked like a sack on me. Not a cute sack. The terry cloth material (my bad, I ordered thinking it was the same material as their towels), looked so frumpy. The color was also not as shown but much more washed out and had a sort of pink cast to it. I guess it’s well made for what it is, and VERY generously sized, but not at all flattering. I will say that my return was easily accepted, and I was offered a small discount for a future purchase.”

Triangle at the throat frayed after first wash
I just got my poncho this afternoon and put it in the wash on Delicate. When I took it out to hang it up to dry I noticed that the little triangle of terrycloth at the throat was unraveling. It looks like the edges were either not stitched down or so loose that they came unsewn allowing the edges to fray. I washed it alone as a small load on Delicate cycle using cold water. I'll try to get a good photo once it's dry. I'm disappointed because I've wanted one of these for a while now and the cost was steep. The poncho itself seems to have come through fine though.”
