At the second wash the threading came undone but customer service contacted me and took care of the problem, took a bit to answer but they did a great job

Their customer service is very good. I reached out and they did offer me the solution. It’s good. I ordered another time with no issues. Just quick comment about their quality control: a lot of great products but there are some quality inconsistency imo.

I thought this was super cute on the model, but it looked like a sack on me. Not a cute sack. The terry cloth material (my bad, I ordered thinking it was the same material as their towels), looked so frumpy. The color was also not as shown but much more washed out and had a sort of pink cast to it. I guess it’s well made for what it is, and VERY generously sized, but not at all flattering. I will say that my return was easily accepted, and I was offered a small discount for a future purchase.

They've generously offered me a $20 gift certificate for all the trouble we went through. I feel much better about them.

Update: Customer service issued me a partial refund after viewing photos of the frayed area. I've upgraded my review because of it. Triangle at the throat frayed after first wash I just got my poncho this afternoon and put it in the wash on Delicate. When I took it out to hang it up to dry I noticed that the little triangle of terrycloth at the throat was unraveling. It looks like the edges were either not stitched down or so loose that they came unsewn allowing the edges to fray. I washed it alone as a small load on Delicate cycle using cold water. I'll try to get a good photo once it's dry. I'm disappointed because I've wanted one of these for a while now and the cost was steep. The poncho itself seems to have come through fine though.

I had a problem with my first Sand cloud poncho unraveling under washed on slow and line dry. Sand Cloud stood behind their product a d sent me a gift card. Im happy with the customer service I ordered 4 more ponchos and got my friend interested .She purchased two!

I had an issue with my towels and asked for a refund. The rep would not refund me. He told me to soak the towels. I was not happy with that answer as I spent over $300 on towels. I finally got someone in customer service that would help me and they issued me a gift card for half of what I spent. I was able to purchase the party blanket and the cover up. I am much happier and I will purchase from Sand Cloud in the future.

The towels really require patience to become absorbent, and there are special instructions for soaking and air drying that would have been helpful. They're very pretty and I feel like they'll last a long time.

I've been looking at these towels for about a year. I finally purchased and was on the fence about it then drove to their store to look at their designs. After looking and feeling I purchased two more, and got my friend to purchase one. I've used my XL towels everyday since then for various things such as covering my leather chair so I don't stick to it in this humid weather to covering my head and shoulders from being sunburned. I drove back down for their sale and had my hands full in the first ten mins. Its funny how designs you think you like are the ones you don't like when you see them in person and then designs you didn't give a second glance to on the website are one's you really like in person. If your on the fence like I was at first then sign up for emails and when they go on sale purchase one or go into one of their stores/or a retailer who sells them to check them out. They have customer service who actually gets back to you right away which is nice. They made a loyal customer out of me.

It’s very soft and makes a great lightweight coverlet. BUT… it’s more a coverlet than a bedspread type blanket. Even though I have followed the care instructions to the letter, I have several holes in it, including washing on delicate (no agitator) just hanging to dry and only putting it in the dryer on air dry to collect some of the lint. While my experience with this blanket wasn’t what I’d hoped it would be, it does make a great couch or yard blanket and customer service stood behind their product and made things right!

After leaving a 1 star review, customer service reached out to me about my damaged towels. I sent them pictures and they offered me about a 50% refund on my order. I appreciate their effort in making it right, but I still would not try these products again. The towels fold down small, which is nice, and they are abosrbent. I did notice that it took about 3 washes before they stopped leaving lint / towel fibers on me.
