I left a £500 deposit on a car where the deal did not go through back in February 2023, 6 months later am still waiting for my deposit. I have written several times but still no reply from the management. The log book was sent to me before taking delivery of the car which did not go ahead. I sent the log book back immediately but Sandicliffe say they never received it so they are holding on to my deposit.
