I ordered sample valves the website stated one lead time and was contacted within a day or so that the lead time needed to be increased. Unfortunately I was forced to source these else where. I was very pleased with the communication which gave me options to source them from a different supplier to keep me out of hot water with a disappointed customer. I’d like to thank the woman that contacted me to inform me and made a seamless return transaction. Because of your transparency I’ll definitely do business with your company in the future. I completely understand things aren’t always perfect but a good company handles situations like this just the way you did. Thanks again!
