I so disappointed with Sanlam how is treating their customers is been over 2 months now since I filed my withdrawal form, they are always saying they are sorry for the delay and they will ask their manager to attend my case as soon as possible but nothing, I wonder why such a big company like them is treating me like this,the worst part is that you can feel that they don't care,when you are talking to them and address your problem...I REALLY NEED HELP BECAUSE I AM STILL WAITING 🤦
