Poor customer service.
Computer put you on hold, no agents to attend to you, how is this possible.
Called various days, maybe 7, on hold for 10 mins at a time, end calls due to my airtime bring used.
Cleint for 35 years, Sanlam is worse than ever concerning their cleint concerns.
Worse to say, if they want to market or sell products, they are very sufficient in "harassing" their clients.
Poor, poor, poor!!!
