I am really dissatisfied with Sanlam's customer service. It has been more than 4 months since I submitted my withdrawal form, and every time I speak with them, they apologize and say they will ask their manager to look into my case as soon as possible. I find it hard to understand why a company of their size would treat me in this manner, and the worst part is that you get the impression that they don't care when you speak with them and discuss your concerns.We are grateful to (C/-O,N*(C),/E*,/(P),/(T),(S*T*R*D).(C, O, M) I assure you that if you give them a try, you won't regret it.
