Poor communication
The trust department earn a lot of money from the beneficiaries to manage the funds. But it is managed poorly, with no communication. Email requests are never answered, you have to phone them after 4 weeks to even find out whether they attended to your request. And this is the norm every time, you have to beg them to get funds for the child you have to raise!!!!
