Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach anyone at Sanlam as the phone continues to ring with no answer. Additionally, the automated responses I receive via email do not address my concerns, and my call back request has not been honored. This level of service is disappointing.
Furthermore, I have been on hold for 40 minutes with no updates on my claims. This lack of communication is concerning.
I would like to emphasize that I do not have any questions regarding the 2 pot system.
