Misleading whatsapp responses on completion of requests,some agents unprofessional in answering questions/queries,no specifics as to their responses.
For such a big company which has been n existence for so many years,it's totally disappointing. POOR SERVICE AND NO COMMUNICATION OF DELAYS IN PROCESSING REQUESTS.
