I had a bereavement of family member but Sanlam fail me with this i contribute with my own money but im having a policy which didnt payout on time and have been referred for assessment you know during grief i must still answer your calls and give answers about family member Sanlam made me feel like i was submitting a false claim hence all documents is with them and its natural cause i felt very humiliated regarding this and i took a decision to move all my policies from sanlam because that is not how you treat people when you in need of them.
