Extremely Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Sanlam: Reference No. 6724173
I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with the appalling level of customer service I have received from Sanlam. Despite notifying them well in advance about my pension payout request, it has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for the funds to be disbursed.
Throughout this time, I have been met with repeated delays, broken promises, and an alarming lack of accountability. Each interaction with Sanlam has only added to my frustration, as the company continues to offer excuses instead of concrete solutions. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable for an institution entrusted with people's financial futures.
The poor communication and lack of urgency demonstrate a complete disregard for clients' needs. I expected far better from a company of Sanlam’s stature, but this experience has been nothing short of disgusting and disheartening.
I sincerely hope this matter is addressed with the seriousness it deserves, not just for my sake, but for the many others who may be facing similar issues in silence.
