You are a disgrace of a bank. Closing on a Saturday even your city centre branches. Some of us work FULL TIME. HOW THE HELL ARE WE MEANT TO USE IN BRANCH SERVICES NEEDED!!! DISGUSTING. I will be opening an account ELSEWHERE AND WILL NEVER BANK WITH YOU AGAIN!!!! You will not be getting any more of MY MONEY!!!! Your opening hours during Covid lockdown Mon-Fri 10am until 2pm is NOT TAILORED for those who work. And to not have a reduced hours on a Saturday. NOT EVEN YOUR CITY CENTRE BRANCH.... YOU ARE A DISGRACE OF A BANK!!!!!!!!
