We have banked with Santander for seven years and have no complaints.
They are easy to get hold of and problems are very quickly dealt with.
We enjoyed quite a few years with a record beating rate of interest on our current accounts, sadly this has gone, as with most banks.
We really can't find a reason to transfer our accounts to another bank.
