Worst bank in the UK!
38 minutes wasted on the phone to be told that my money could not be transferred from one account to another as there is no voice ID on my account. Yet money has been transferred twice before! Waste of space, waste of time. No empathy or understanding from the 2 people I spoke with. Rubbish bank. Zero STARS!
I am taking my custom elsewhere. Goodbye trash bank!!
