Having spent the best part of 6 months getting my mortgage application ready due to being self employed, and having it agreed in principal. To being told I am ineligible due to the way I run my 25 year old business, on the day Santander have squandered millions is a bit ironic. I wonder if anyone in these banks have watched It's a Wonderful Life!
