Your customer contact centre is a joke.I have to update my mobile no to get the OTP.Been on the phone for 2 hours and you get of.If u2ou advertise a Saturday opening yoj should have staff to take the calls.I will be closing my account when I eventually get to speak to someone.Star rating less than 1.Appalling service comes to mind.
