I am trying to close my account with this usless bank, first they ask for all security details on the phone. Then they send paperwork to my old address, another call and they ask for a copy of my Passport to be sent by mail and witness by a lawyer, then you hear nothing for months.
Try doing all this from overseas .
Absolutely usless bank, non existent customer service, cannot do anything per Email everything by post or telephone
