Terrible service ! Tried to withdraw 55 k for an urgent purchase.. went through all security .. it’s money to my OWN account elsewhere where I have transferred before ..
Account locked! Can’t speak to anyone have to wait until someone calls me ( although they had already called me on my registered phone!) so no completion of purchase .. it’s goodbye Santander you are no good for my requirements..
