What a bad experience. I have shares in the bank with accrued dividends due to a change of address.
I have given written instructions as to what they should do. Apart from acknowledging my request, they have done nothing.
My inquiries are met with feeble apologies or promises to chase things up.
I want my money but it's like pulling teeth.
Are these people crooks or just disorganised?
