A month later I tried again to make an overpayment on my mortgage.
Since the app was 'upgraded' it can't be done, the app won't let me type letters in, only numbers. So I can't enter my post code & complete the transaction. Why are Santander not fixing this? I walked into town to visit the branch - and it was closed for refurbishment. Why not forget the redecorating and hire some competent IT staff instead ?!!
