Tried to open a saving account with them. Given I already have another account with them I assumed this would be easy enough - but no. They wanted all of my ID paperwork sent to them again.
Tried calling to get a better understanding of why this was needed again and after 45mins of being on hold got cut off.
Absolutely terrible customer service from an absolutely terrible company - am taking my business elsewhere.
