Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Title: After 5 years of loyalty, Santander turned their back on me when I needed them the most. I’ve been a loyal customer of Santander for over 5 years. I’ve always done everything by the book: my salary has been paid into this account every single month, I’ve made regular deposits, never had any issues, and always trusted this bank with my finances. But now, when I’m facing a serious issue involving an international company that fraudulently took my money — and I have clear proof that I am entitled to get that money back — Santander has done absolutely nothing to help. No support. No interest. No protection. They simply don’t care. Instead of assisting a long-term, responsible customer in a time of real need, they’ve completely abandoned me. Five years of trust and loyalty, flushed down the toilet. When it really mattered, Santander showed their true colors: they’re only there when things are easy — when something goes wrong, you’re on your own. This is not a bank you can rely on. If you care about your money and peace of mind, stay far away from Santander. I’m deeply disappointed, frustrated, and honestly disgusted by how I’ve been treated.
