I reported fraud this morning ( 7.7.25 ) . Olivia Franks was patient & very helpful going through different thing’s & suggestions on my account with me. She spent 3/4 of an hour helping me set up online banking. These things aren’t easy for many people. It’s unusual to get this help now, go i appreciated the help.
