I open a free forever bank account that paid interest this was meant to be forever they got away with removing this when I complained to the ombudsman he said its still a free account and as they can vary the interest rate they could say zero. I called today she said you have 2 months notice I said you lied to me you promised free banking forever she said someone may call me back in 3 days but this is not urgent for them. If I don't get a response I will contact the ombudsman.
