I have been a victim of an Authorised Push Payment Fraud on my Santander Accts, Santander failed in their duty of care to protect my money on a known scam to them and have refused to cover the significant loss. Their customer care on top is horrendous - there are 1,000s of victims like me and they don't care. Do not trust your money with them - it is NOT safe. Their IT is weak and not fit for purpose.
