They have blocked my 100 year old mothers account and will not communicate even though I hold an LPA for her financial affairs. They have bounced a cheque which was paying for her care even though she had more than enough money to cover it in her account- then made charges twice! They are a disgraceful bank! Unfriendly Unhelpful and a total disgrace!!
