Would have to be one of the worst banking interface, online and mobile apps you can get..! so 1980's and cluncky.!... please take a leaf out off ANZ or NAB banks in Australia.! seamless intergration, app's are modern and online banking is simple with much simpler logon security systems.
Your just OLD HAT Santander, no state of the art banking with you guys.
