Worst bank ever! I've been with this bank for over a year. Without reason, cause, or notification, they have locked my account and for an entire week, no one still knows why or who has locked it.
The CEO's PA has written to me informing me that he will get back to me 'soon', and apologise for the wait, but he would get back to me once he's stepped out of the Jacuzzi, butane may as well have added, that he can't be arsed with 'little' customers. The app is super sensitive and even when you put the correct pin number in to access your account, it mostly locks your account and then you have to reset it!
Avoid this bank, and use banks like Nationwide or Barclays, they will treat you like a human and not like a *hit
