Disgusting. Avoid at all costs. Froze my family's accounts after a £136 deposit. no access to money now for food or bills. cannot buy groceries or do anything. despicable way to treat a customer. ive been caught in their algorithm dragnet for suspicious payments (although it is not). so im now being treated as a criminal. FOS notified and complaint logged. Santander should be Fined (again) for treating people like this and letting genuine criminals escape. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AT WILL.
