Very bad customer care. They organise GLS for the 3rd of February to collect return parcel, I waited all day and no one showed up. Today I received an email that due to brexit logistical circumstances changed and that this service is no longer available. I don’t think it is something that you find out over one night. I will have to pay now 30 euro to return the parcel and reading all previous reviews I might not even get my money back.
