“I love the clothes and have been a long time customer, but recently I have found their quality and sizing very inconsistent. Now I am also having problems with their customer service and an outrageous delay in refunding a return of merchandise. No answers, then BOT generated answers, then an excuse that their refund systems have a glitch. Totally unacceptable!
I would suggest to others to be very careful when ordering on line !”

Today I received an email that due to brexit logistical circumstances changed and that this service is no longer available. I don’t think it is something that you find out over one night. “I have waited over a month for a refund on an item Sarah Pacini received on 15 December 2020. It's now 31 January 2021. They confirmed they have the item but cannot proceed the refund because of an IT problem. I have now paid credit card interest on an item I don't own.”

I have bought a jumper online in December and have not received it. I have emailed customer care many times explaining the false information on tracking that consignee was not in. I was at home all day. I have security system which proves no one has tried to deliver anything, no note left.
Customer care are ignoring my emails completely. I paid lots of money for this jumper and Sara Pacini company don't care.
You might be tempted to buy things from Sara Pacini because cloth looks nice. Well control yourself and don't buy anything. You will loose your money, you cannt contact anyone to talk to, and will be ignored. DO Not buy anything from this company.
I wish I saw these reviews before to avoid the mistake I did.”

“I purchased a dress online from Sarah Pacini along with several other things. These are expensive items and you do not expect an item to fall to bits after wearing it only twice! After much chasing and several emails I received a response to say because the labels have been removed it was their returns policy I could not return the item? they totally missed the fact that the item had fallen to bits. I will never order from Sarah Pacini again. Appalling unacceptable customer service I would not recommend ordering from this site!”
“Great design and their in store service (NYC) was fabulous. However, I have made several separate purchases on line since, and have had to chase refunds for literally every return I’ve made. The latest return which was sent over 6 weeks ago has still not been received and nothing but bland standard responses from, so called, Customer Services. No apology given and as I write this I am still several hundred £ out of pocket. Do ensure you retain any proof of postage (which thankfully I had!). Their emailed postal receipt/refund confirmations are erratic. I simply will not risk ever ordering on line again. The nail in the coffin is employee reviews on Glassdoor - clearly not a nice place to work, no doubt why the customer suffers in the end. A real shame given the designs are perfect. I have reluctantly unsubscribed and will not be buying on line again. Please beware.”
“Shocking customer service - I feel thoroughly ripped off.
I ordered a cardigan online and when it arrived it was unravelling in two areas next to the zip. I spoke to customer services and arranged pick up of the item and was given a code so I could order another. I was disappointed when I was told I would have to pay for postage and packing again and wouldn't be refunded for the first p&p. Around ten days later I received the replacement item - only it wasn't - it was the same damaged item. Emailed customer services but was told although they could pick the item up free of charge I would still not receive a refund for paying in total £18 for p&p. I was offered a 10% discount but as I would have to reorder and pay another £9 for delivery I'm not going to do that as that would mean I'd have paid £27 for p&p, I'm also concerned in case I received the same damaged item a third time. Absolutely shocking service. A shame - I've been wearing their clothes for many years.”
