Great design and their in store service (NYC) was fabulous. However, I have made several separate purchases on line since, and have had to chase refunds for literally every return I’ve made. The latest return which was sent over 6 weeks ago has still not been received and nothing but bland standard responses from, so called, Customer Services. No apology given and as I write this I am still several hundred £ out of pocket. Do ensure you retain any proof of postage (which thankfully I had!). Their emailed postal receipt/refund confirmations are erratic. I simply will not risk ever ordering on line again. The nail in the coffin is employee reviews on Glassdoor - clearly not a nice place to work, no doubt why the customer suffers in the end. A real shame given the designs are perfect. I have reluctantly unsubscribed and will not be buying on line again. Please beware.
