I love the clothes and have been a long time customer, but recently I have found their quality and sizing very inconsistent. Now I am also having problems with their customer service and an outrageous delay in refunding a return of merchandise. No answers, then BOT generated answers, then an excuse that their refund systems have a glitch. Totally unacceptable!
I would suggest to others to be very careful when ordering on line !
