Since I live in Tennessee, I rely on Saratoga Oil products to be shipped to me. They take extra care in preparing the products for shipping so there has never been an issue with breakage. Much of their packaging is perfect presentation for gifts. Orders arrive VERY quickly. After they announced a Black Friday sale on FaceBook, I commented that just the day before I had sent in an order and missed the sale. They reached out to me and offered to honor the sale for my order. That is GREAT customer service! Saratoga Oil is a great company to do business with.
