We do love you product line . BUT —— your online ordering is very problematic no matter what is being ordered. Two major flaws - 1) separate orders for anything that is being shipped to another address making a gift list for several recipients an ordeal rather than a pleasure; 2) not being able to identify a shipping/receipt date, I.e. I do all my holiday orders in November to be shipped at mid-December. No can do with your system. Even the folks at your store couldn’t help me negotiate all this —- and they tried very hard. So, unless you make some big changes, I’ll won’t be back to do online ordering.
