This peach balsamic vinegar is my Mother’s favorite vinegar out of all vinegars possible so I buy it for her every year for her birthday! I like it also but Unfortunately I cannot have any vinegars or high acidic foods and drinks so I’m sad but I’m fighting for my life due to a rare Neuroimmune disease called Neuromyelitis Optica and Longitudinal Transverse Myelitis. I’m 39 going on 109! I tried the peach vinegar when I used to live in Vermont visiting your shop in Burlington, VT. It was so much fun to try a few different kinds back then about 6 years ago when I wasn’t diagnosed yet. Cheers to your company for making my Mother so happy! She uses it on her gourmet salads, fresh from her garden!
