What a great company! Love your work and how you are making a difference both in another country and here at home. How many companies can you really talk to, (like someone is actually there) and you are heard with compassion and action. I had an issue with trying to be a novice shopper online and received a compassionate and humorous reply on the learning curve for everyone (Yes!) then another one with quality control on some beading and received a beautiful explanation, apology and partial generous refund, which I appreciated. As I told them, it will provide for my work of fixing the beading, to be done with a whole lot of Love and Appreciation, for the women who contributed to making this beautiful garment.
