For years I would look at the wonderful colours of traditional Indian women's clothing, or traditional African women's clothing - traditional clothing designed to be size-flexible to fit real women's bodies rather than the other way around - and then I would look at all the black - that didn't fit anymore - in my closet and wonder what went wrong.... It is such a joy to be able to delight in this wonderful expression of cultural fusion....of responsible, ethical and sustainable global citizenship...and celebrate what went right.
