The website and the sales people are wonderful. HOWEVER!! They *completely* ghost you once you have an issue. The sales people who were so promptly responsive as I was purchasing the item didn’t respond to ANY of my emails again. The “highlight pendant light” needs to come with a built in transformer. It doesn’t work without it. I ended up getting an electrician wire a transformer to it. The “coco wall light” looked really cool on the website but in reality it looks very cheap. The gold is not brushed, it’s the cheap looking gold-plated look… And the white part is cheap looking plastic. I would NEVER buy from them again…
