10 days on, item STILL not received, despite receiving a despatch notice over 7 days ago and paying for 1st Class Signed for delivery. I have sent several messages to Sassy online over the last 4 days by various methods (email - twice, Facebook and Instagram) and no response, although their presence online and their accounts are very active!!!!! They claim their customer service team are super-duper, but they are anything but!!!!
If I don’t receive a response by tomorrow, I will be raising a dispute via paypal to reclaim the funds! I’m actually starting to feel dubious about this company! I certainly wouldn’t buy anything else from them!
