Reckoned from the website that they had my item in stock and expected immediate delivery. When I heard nothing I phoned up and they were helpful promising to phone back. But I had to phone again and arrange a delivery date. Turns out that they were awaiting delivery from another online site and if I'd gone direct to it myself I could have saved £10. But I got I wanted in the end!
