Contacted scan computers after failed attempt at a warranty repair on a laptop that was faulty from new, I did not think it was appropriate to buy a new laptop and have it be faulty out of the box, having sent in for repair and the laptop come back with the same issue and worse, I contacted scan explaining the situation. I said I contacted ASUS when the laptop came back from the first repair and it still had the issue and they wanted me to send it back again for another “repair, explaining I could not due this due to not being able ti go without a laptop for that long due to work with no guarantee of a fix.
I got the attached image as a patronising response. With zero attempt to solve the issue or acknowledge the situation which I had explained in full. Completely unprofessional. And apparently they do not care if they sell you faulty goods.
