The team are very professional and clearly very knowledgeable. From the first moment when a quote is required all the way through to delivery it was as seamless as it could be. They have particular expertise in the Nordics so it was a great and seamless move from London to Sweden. Chris is honest and direct - he sets the right expectations regarding fees paper requirements for customs etc so you know what you're getting without someone trying to oversell you. The rest of the team were diligent with our stuff and nothing arrived even remotely damaged (this is despite shipping 4 musical instruments all of which were delicate).
