I usually love scholastic and am a huge fan of classroom orders. However, I have had multiple students order in September and the beginning of Octobrr, and they have not received their books yet. I have tried many times to live chat or call customer service, but the wait times are over 45 minutes long. My students are frustrated and I am no longer considering using scholastic until they can expedite orders in a more timely fashion and have better customer service response times. This is absolutely ridiculous.
