I have been ordering from Scholastic for years, but this year takes the cake! I had orders taking 2+ months to arrive. I also had a pending balance on my account randomly. I tried to inquire about it, checked my account information, tried chatting, calling, emailing, with no help. I finally get ahold of someone and they say that it will resolve itself and go away in a short while. I wait and wait and nothing changes. I try to email and chat again. No responses. I just chatted today and they are trying to say now that it is my bank's fault. I asked them why I wasn't told this before and they could not provide me with answers. BUT apparently my bank account will work just fine to pay off the balance they claim that I owe, but just not my orginial order? Make it make sense Scholastic!
