UPS "lost" my delivery for the second time. Schuh staff helpful but can't "guarantee" orders will be delivered. Got a refund, I have no problem with how that was dealt. As a company you need to listen to the many customers who tell you how unreliable or worse UPS is. Why are you prepared to lose customers and income rather than change your courier? No more purchases from me and I have told all my friends not to order online too.
