My product is literally lost. There is a courier taking photos but as soon as someone opens the door. Just think, you go to the wrong place and naturally the homeowner does not take it but since the photo is taken it is never accepted that the product is not with me. There is no signature or document. The small amount we are talking about is not money either. No help was ever provided.
