For a quality shop I was really disappointed when I bought a pair of shoes online for my wedding day. They arrived and had obviously been at least tried on before (underneath label had been removed leaving a sticky residue) they had been put back in box but there was damp spots on the fabric bow. I returned them to the local store where the assistant was dealing with my issue very well until an older man (manager I suspect) arrived and proceeded to argue with me. No apology just a really bad attitude. I can understand mistakes in packing but lack of customer service in a shop that charges their prices, i'll go elsewhere in future.
