Very disappointed because my rental in San Diego when I was on vacation was to arrive in the morning but never arrived until around 5pm. Had to cancel our plans for the day because I didn't have the scooter. Tried to get reimbursed but company said no because I did get it that day. Yes I did but it was useless to me that day and ruined our vacation plans.
