I was very disappointed with the wheelchair I rented. The footpads were bent and very close to the ground making it impossible to use when there were any bumps or to cross the road. They kept getting caught. We only used it 1 out of 10 days and I used the walker we brought. I know it was a busy time of year but still. I didn't bother calling because you had trouble lining up any device for me. My previous rental was great.
